    My house was flooded in the recent Harvey disaster. looking for a granite company to do the work on my house,Kitchen, bathrooms etc... i decided to go with Texas custom granite. price was OK for me and communication with the salesman was satisfactory. HOWEVER, The installer that came to my house was so rude !! its not what he said, its what he didn't...when i tried to communicate with him and ask questions, he completely ignored me, he would not even look at me...i was so upset, i was ready to ask him to leave. when they were done installing i thought he will walk me through what he did and address any questions i may have...I was wrong, they just took off. Note to the owner...your installer is the last person to represent your company, choose your people better. they killed the overall experience.
