  I do not suggest living here! I used to enjoy living at Alanza Brook, but after the new management took over, everything went downhill. The recent negative reviews are true, as I also went through the same thing.
  
  The new management is money hungry, and will find any reason to fine you and take your money. Don’t even think about getting your deposit back when you move out! I moved out last month, and even hired a professional cleaning crew to do a thorough move out clean as requested by management. I left the place spotless, other than the normal wear and tear. To my surprise, they tried to charge me almost $1,000 in fees! These charges included $600 to replace the carpet even though there were no stains, and $70 for roach extermination, even though I did not have any roaches and when I did see one every once in a while, I was quick to put in a maintenance request. Basically, they try to charge the tenant for the renovation fees so they don’t have to!
  
  They love to find any reason to fine you and charge you fees. Do not be surprised if you get trash fines for putting your trash out for valet the wrong way, even though they don’t pick up every day like they are supposed to. Do not be surprised if you get a notice to vacate along with late fees if you pay a day late, even though their offices are closed on the due date so you can’t pay on time! The apartment management loves to implement strict rules even though they don’t have it all together themselves.
  
  Safety is also questionable at this complex. My neighbor had his motorcycle stolen, and when he asked to see security footage, management told him the security cameras did not work! Management is not proactive, and never holds meetings or get-togethers for the tenants. It was not until a sexual assault occurred at the complex that they held a meeting.
  
  I do not recommend living at Alanza Brook, as the management only cares about taking money from their tenants, with a total disregard for their safety and well-being.
