    I took my Nina Mclemore jacket to Gorman's to have a stain removed and the jacket dry cleaned. The young woman at the desk understood that I was very nervous about having an expensive jacket dry cleaned. She wrote down what the stain was and that I wanted them to be sure to press the collar on the jacket up. She also told me that she would show the jacket to the woman who does their pressing so that she would recognize it after it was cleaned. I picked the jacket up this morning, and it looks like new.
