  Unless you are homeless, you would be better off at a free shelter...I reported a problem for my mom and it still have not been resolved. I called and listen to their messaging system, and they mentioned "professionally managed". Tuh, only 1 lady in the office is nice name starts with a D, speak to her if not you're FU*K. I spoke to a different lady and she was so rude and unprofessional, that I couldn't understand why in the hell she's working in an environment that require helping people. I can care less about the rudeness cause I care as much about her as she care for me, but at least show sympathy when people is paying for a place to stay n not getting what they are paying for. The apartments are ghetto, dirty and ugly they should be happy to help residents. My next step is contacting management. This complex will forever be trashy if management don't care, hell how could residents care smh..not to mentioned if you want to steal a car go here, no gate just walk in take what you want smh, and they wonder why the poor stay poor....RUNNNNN
