    Previously I was very upset because my appointment was ignored but it looks like it was the receptionist’s fault.
    Within 30 minutes the manager contacted me to make things right. He was very sincere and apologetic, he was very embarrassed by the way I was treated. He offered a free service. Because of his sincere apology and because he cared more about his customers (and making things right) than to make money, I gave them another chance. I was set up with lash tech Bryan. He did a great job. They were all so sweet. I like that Bryan took the time to see what I would like and helped me pick something that would suite me. He also gave me post lash care instructions which was very important to me because I’ve never done lash extensions before. Thank you will for having amazing customer service, I will be returning.
