  Complete idiots ! I sent a money transfer in an emergency situation and the person screwed up and put in the computer that I was the sender and the recipient ! I tried to contract the main office to clear this up but after 4 hours on the phone and being transferred from one person to another not only was the money not released to her but I couldn't even retrieve it for a week and then it was wired back to my bank account however western union didn't release the funds for 30 days ! I will never again do business with them and suggest nobody else does either ! If they did this to me they can do it to you also !
