    Always quick to help and resolve any problems and make sure my experience is a good one. There's a Wells Fargo half a mile from my house and I drive the 8 miles every time to this branch because nobody does it better.

    Very rude. The bilingual Spanish/ English customer service employees are extremely rude. They think they know Spanish, but they Spanish is really Mexican Spanish I verily understand what they are saying. Beside their rudeness they are like spoil mommy and daddy little girls kind of behavior. They do not have any idea how treat customers. Wells Fargo phone application out of date. Customer service over phone is just stinking rude as well. Their policies about joint accounts are ridiculous. I definitely changed to CHASE which is serious institution with an excellent customer service.
