    When I moved to this place back in 2012, it was wonderful. But as time when by it was getting worse. The reason why was because when we needed maintenance for service it was when he had time or when I would go in person to the office and ask for the maintenance. Unfortunately the service here is poor. I've been having issues with the AC for a long time and they always come up with an excuse to not fix it because they are so cheap to waste money. Money that we pay for to live here. Don't live here I'm planning to leave already. The person that works in the office sucks at his job and won't help the residence. He should get fired. Don't Live In Water Side Court!!!!!
