I informed them of the issue, showing them pictures of the shirts I gave them, and they told me I need to speak with the owner. Except, the owner hasn't been there when they said she would be, and she certainly hasn't called me back even after a dozen requests.
Now I'm out almost $200 worth of clothing, and no one has even offered me a phone call to explain why. Very unacceptable business practices, and essentially petty theft.
