    They didn't even have the the truck I reserved on the website a week earlier. They didn't have any others to switch with it or even try to help me out. I basically wasted my time driving there for nothing.
    Granted, it was during a weekend and in December when I guess a lot of people are moving, but I did reserve a truck ahead of time because that was the only time I was able to move between my new lease starting and old one ending. They said they can't control when people return the vehicles and that the person with my truck didn't return it when they were supposed to. Even so, there's no way I'm going back here.
