  My realtor recommended TK Images so I requested he order photos due to his realtor discount and I would reimburse him. 3 days later my realtor called saying photos could not be taken until the following week, which would have been 4 business days after my request (3 days after his request). I have received conflicting information from TK Images and my realtor with no verification from either side but it sounds like some delays were caused from each side. I found other means to take the photos immediately. TK Images has been proactive in researching the situation showing they are service conscious. It sounds like a phone order would have sped up the process compared to an online order and improved communications and speed of delivery.
