    with you being in the gold buying business you are obviously a competitor and for that i question your objectivity. i have been to Texas Gold & Silver Group on more than one occasion which makes me a repeat customer. i have never felt that my karrat was "downgraded". while they were testing my items they were showing me everything that they were doing which gave me confidence in the prices i was quoted. I think its very ugly of you to write this review and I don't find it helpful. I don't think your intentions are true and it does not help us consumers.
