  I tried to order a lei and their phone "disconnected" from me 3 times. I had to keep calling back to get things taken care of. I'm now on hold and about to cancel my order. Everyone I spoke with sounded rude and unfriendly. They demanded I give my credit card over the phone, which I did, and now they're saying I didn't because MY phone kept disconnecting. Whatever.

  Disappointed. Ordered Mothers Day flowers on Saturday, surprised that I was told they could go out the same day, or even on Sunday. No flowers arrived. Called Monday, they have no record of my name or order. Checked my cell, I have record of calling this location on Saturday. No effort made to figure out why this happened. Overall, I'm just bummed there were no flowers for Mothers Day.
