  Zero stars. These geniuses could not understand my order. Then, once they called in reinforcements to understand that I wanted one of each of the taco trio, I pulled up and paid. They promptly asked me to pull up to the yellow arrow, where I waited for 12 minutes before finally backing up and blocking the drive through. At this point, the person who was blocked in starting blowing, rightfully. This did bring them to the door, asking if i needed something. I told them i was waiting for tacos.
  He went back in and came out asking what i had ordered. So apparently there was no record of my order. After telling them I had been waiting for 12 minutes for THREE TACOS, I informed them that all I needed was my money back. Of course for this I needed to get out of my warm vehicle and come in. So i go in. I'm standing at the counter for 3 minutes with no acknowledgment. So at this point, in screaming where is the manager! A nice lady walks over, so I ask is she the manager. Somebody else politely informed me at this point that this helpful person could not speak English. Eventually, the "manager", "Maria", comes over to get my card to process my refund. She returns to the drive through register where she and two others stand around for another 2 minutes trying to figure out how to do the refund.
