    Had horrible service on the phone with customer care.. so went to the TMobile kiosk and Keisha Jordan took care of me. She handled my situation in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly and helpful. I will never call 611 ( customer care services) again. I Will only deal with Keisha. She even gave me her personal cellphone number in case , so she could help me in the future if needed! Talk about going above and beyond!!!! Thank you again Keisha!!!
