  This store gradually gets worse every time I go there. I bought my first cell phone (and accessories) there, buying there is fine. Very helpful and suggestive for that, the power of commission! However, *any* return service after that there is rude, lazy, and worst, ignorant. It takes forever, they just can't manage to assist someone to troubleshoot, and they obviously don't want to. We have been directed there by the customer service line two different times (about two different phones, months apart) and they say they cannot do what the CS line suggests they should, both times. I waste a trip there, and leave angry, because they make rude insinuations about what I must have done to my phone, instead of just diagnosing it for the CSLine. Absolutely no HELP at all, (don't expect they can get phones replaced or repaired), and they don't even care about your issue, unless you intend to buy a new phone. I had ask for the service I was directed to them for, and that was after some discussion with the employee's manager! If your phone is a year old or more, (past your warranty), you should know this store WILL NOT service you and will stare at you blankly rather than apologize or attempt to help direct you to the right servicers. It's so aggravating!
