  Staff was really rude and not helpful. I just wanted to add an number into the family plan and the staff just couldn't get thing done. Then I went to the at&t which is close to the bay brook mall to add the number, and the staffs there were much nicer, and they really knew how to get things done!!!!!! Sorry for this at&t authorized trailer, but you need to hire someone who know how to get things done and run the business!

  This is not a corporate location so I felt like it wasn't as professional. The guy kept tying to get me to change my plan and all I wanted to do was upgrade my phone. After going back and forth about that for 10 min he then told me my phone wasn't eligibil for an upgrade but I knew it was because that's what it said on my account. Left and went to the Bay Area location and was in and out in 20 min with a new phone and not once did they try to pressure me into a different contract or some new plan.
