    I was recommended to try Smart Meals by my nutritionist and another friend! I am so glad I followed their recommendation! This is the best meal prep food I have ever had. The food is delicious and always fresh. The best is now we have less take out and more nutritional meals because I can pop in the store and the meals are ready to go. So much healthier and in fact faster to prepare than take-out (2 mins in microwave and serve). In addition, Sharon, the owner is so helpful and friendly and loves to continuously try new recipes. Try it! You won’t be dissapointed!
