    Made an appointment to view a unit a couple of days in advance. Showed up for my appointment to find a temp, not the person I had the appointment with, telling me they have nothing to show. No call to cancel the appointment or offer to view a show unit. If management is like this when I do the right thing and not showing up out of the blue I would hate to be a resident.
