  ***UPDATE***
  So I have upgraded my rating to a 4 star. After seeing the doctor and finally having my procedure done, I must say that he is very personable and so is his staff. Everyone was understanding and considerate to my needs. The office is not as cold anymore, but the wait times vary. I have had some visits that take longer than usual, and some that are in and out. Typical of a doctor's office I guess. I should know how effective the procedure was in another 1-3 weeks, so I'll come back and review then.

  I scheduled a 1:30 appt on my lunch break. I arrived 15 mins earlier like they requested. It is now 2:30 and I have yet to see the doctor. The other reviews about terrible wait time are very accurate. The office is EXTREMELY cold! I know doctor's offices are usually cold, but this is unbearable. I will update this review whenever I can actually see the doctor.
