  I was very disappointed with how Renato does business. I took some silver items to be cleaned a total of 4 which consisted of 1 charm bracelet, a heart bracelet, a rope bracelet and one thick necklace. Renato went ahead and sauntered one piece of the thick necklace and two charms which were loose without telling me. When I went to pick up and pay for the cleaning, the price was $142.00.
  
  The best way to do business is to call the individual and let them know what they plan on doing and let the customer decide if they want to go with the extra expense. But, I'm to blame for not getting a written or verbal estimate of how much it was going to cost. Lesson learned.
  
  Today, I went down to the tunnel and discovered another Master Jeweler which is next to Renato and I took a necklace with no clasp and he fixed it for $4.00. I didn't have the money and he told me when I'm come back I can pay him. He also has a sign which reads, "Free jewerly cleaning."
  
  I know where I will be taking my stuff to be repaired!!!
