My things have been stored only 4 months. The roof leaks and caused mold to grow.
EVEN though I am required to have insurance and thought this would be covered—-they require a special addition of fungus protection.
So they cover $250 AFTER a $100 deductible
Everything I own is RUINED!
Sofa couch, a love seat, 2 beds, and more—even my coffee table is covered in mold from the ceiling leak.
Disgusting.
I used a different location and never had any issues. My other storage at another location had been there for 3 years!!
This place deserves a “0”.
