    1. cheaper rentals.
    2. covered parking lot (but hard to find a spot).
    3. Nice pool area (with barbecue, fireplace and fanned seating).
    4. Nice staff. (Awesome people, Organizes- multiple events, Gaming area, Gym very nicely.)
    Cons:
    1. 24×7 noisy environment, surrounded by the highways.
    2. If you want to enjoy the evening while roaming on site or to the garage roof, guard won't let you. Very rude.
    3. One of the decisive factor was community theater, which they closed right after we move in without any legal/Casual notice; or else we wouldn't come here in first place.
