    I ordered a product for my mother but, when she died the next day, I tried to cancel it immediately. It had not shipped as of the date I tried to cancel it, but they shipped it anyway. Now trying to return it (unopened) and have not heard back from them. Just e-mailed again and called their main office. Hopefully they'll get back to me, but this is annoying given the circumstances.
