  Worst possible experience. Beware these guys do not tell you all you need to know. I was additional driver on a rental and as soon as we rented the vehicle, and exited out of the store, the engine light showed up. Upon asking for replacement they said they do not have any. In addition these vehicles do not have toll passes so if you cross a toll by mistake( I am from Seattle and was driving in Houston where you are likely to hit tolls by mistake ) then they tell you that they will charge 50 dollars per violation and any additional toll fees . this is a complete nonsense as my previous rentals had ez toll tag enabled on it and I can drive worry free on any toll road. So I decided to return as I was travelling with kids and wanted a safe vehicle which the rental company declined to fix or provide a replacement. In fact they suggested to continue to drive the vehicle ignoring the engine light. I did not want to compromise the safety of my family so I declined and returned.
  The rental company charged me for the full day ( inspite of returning in couple of hours) plus applicable taxes and fees for no fault of mine even after protesting and was not at all apologetic or willing to resolve the issue. Not only I lost my other commitments to travel and attend family functions but was penalised for no fault of mine. It is the worst customer service. I am going to follow up with business bureau regarding this lack of customer service( made customer to suffer ) where you are charged regardless of vehicle condition or not.
  Stay away from this company and save yourself from mental and financial harassment.
