    Poor service and bad installation of generic gates. I was ready to pay for the custom made well and securely fitted gates, but all they have is just regular gates which are hard to fit to many homes. Today my child fell downstairs WITH THE GATE which Rick installed.
    We are very laky she is ok. Bottom line - they refuse to think and solve each case individually. We were much better off with gates installed by random handyman in our previous home.
    There are tremendous safety issues associated with their services.
