  I just had to leave an appointment without my daughter seeing anyone. When we signed in (early) we were not told that the office was running an hour behind. After waiting the first 30 min I asked when they may be calling my daughter as I had to be at work 2 hours after the appointment. They told me she would be next. After 15 more min they called in someone else. Finally we had to leave because after an hour they still didn't call her. No one apologized or acted like they cared at all. I go to Planned Parenthood because of the kindness, understanding and easiness of the appointments. Southwest has failed and the woman who checked us in should find a job she actually likes instead of sitting there miserable acting like a you know what.. Please make your appointments elsewhere.
