    If so many bad reviews, why is this store still open? I will never order from this location again! Pizza Hut will no longer get my hard earned money! I ordered at 7:30pm and ETA was 8:15. Currently it is 10:0pm. One hour later and no pizza and they won't answer their phones! I was on hold for 10mins and it just cut me off. Very upsetting. My boyfriend had to drive to the location and our food was THERE THIS WHOLE TIME! WARM not hot. They refused to refund my money and only the delivery fee. Corporate offices are going to hear from me!
