  They charged me for tpms kit and the problem still exist. They didn't perform the work. I ordered falken tires and ended up driving away with a brand I never heard of. One of my center cap to my rim is missing. Did not want road hazard warranty on tires and still charged me for it. Ordered lifetime alignment, got charged for it , but wasnt aligned. Car still pulls to the right and didn't receive the paper work saying alignment was done. Asked to be called when service was finished to pick up the vehicle because I wanted to get this done before I left out of town. Didn't receive a call.. another thing. The belt was making a loud screeching sound as soon as you turned on the engine. Asked to be checked and give me an estimate. Weird how nobody heard the loud screeching sound when asked about the problem and how much repair would cost. I guess they want me to take my business somewhere else. Horrible experience. Next time I'll stick to ntb and firestone for my tires and mechanical work done.

  The people in the service department are absolutely fantastic and easy to work with. They help you get the best deal and also helps you work through everything. I can't say enough good things about them. Service was quick on a Sunday when most places are closed.
