    I received a personal phone call from the owner of Northpark animal hospital apologizing for the Incident on Monday. I considered the apology very heart felt and sincere. Due to this I have decided to change my original rating from a negative one to a neutral one.

    I literally just got scammed by this vet. I brought in a stray dog in to have it scanned for a chip. I was then led to believe that they could look after the dog while I was at work for free. Turns out I was wrong. They tried to charge me $90 for meds and an isolation fee. When I said I didn't want to pay it they then added on an additional fee that they had forgotten about. I was just trying to do the right thing but instead I got stuck with a $113 bill. Never coming back here again.
