  The staff at the service center are unbelievably rude and uninterested in helping. I went with my dad to get an estimate on a major mechanical repair to compare an estimate made an independant garage. The woman at the podium right when you enter didn’t even greet us or ask if she could assist us. We had to walk up to her and start conversation. She had a nasty attitude from the moment we walked up and was not concerned with helping us what so ever. This is not the first time I’ve been to the service center and had an awful experience, the first time I was completely taken advantage of. They tried to convince me that I needed to file an insurance claim to cover the repairs. I left that day with an extensive credit card bill that I would later be stuck paying off for the next two years. First car buying experience was one of the worst mistakes of my life. Will never purchase another Volkswagen ever again and I will continue to strongly advise friends and family whenever the conversation arises to refrain from purchasing Volkswagen as well. Terrible service, manipulative dealers, unreliable vehicles.
