  Very unorganized at vehicle drop off. No one greeted me, the customer. After waiting confused for 10 minutes or so, a worker finally came and asked what type of wash I wanted. Went inside to pay, the lady behind the counter was unprofessional when asked if they had an ATM. I initially thought maybe she didn't understand due to language barrier, but she spoke perfect English as I paid for my service. I attempted to explain to her that I wanted to tip the worker drying my car, but was ignored. The lady servicing the car earned the stars as she did a good job. Customer service wise very poor. I can spend my money and get my car washed at plenty of places in Houston, where they'll be helpful and smile when you patronize their establishment. Won't be returning.

  The dust was left in my car on the dashboard and console nothing was cleaned on the inside and my windows have smears. So I paid for full service package and got served with the basic package. Not worth your money and time.
