  First off I normally only leave good reviews but my experience with this office was Really terrible. To begin with I set my appointment with another location and it wasn't until I arrived that I realized it was closed. I called and was told it was closed due to Harvey and I should have been told when I made the appointment. I was not. I finally arrived at my appointment at the Gessner location 10 min late. Everyone was very courteous, especially the Doc. When I left they made me a follow up app. The next week when I arrived for my follow up I was asked rather rudely by the lady up front why I wasnt wearing my contacts. Again, I Should have been told and I was not. I reschedualed. I had to ask if my glasses were in. They were. When I arrived at my third appointment I was greeted very rudely, no smiles. The Doc was really pleasant. I asked the front as I left about my contacts. They were not in. About 3 weeks after my original appointment I called about my contacts and was told they were not in. I asked if they could tell me when they would be in. I was told no. Just no. I finally received a call almost a month after my original appointment and was told my contacts were in. Walking in today to pick them in I was again greeted rudely and I asked for my contacts. She asked my last name without even looking up at me. She went to the back and returned with contacts and told me my balance was 110. I told her that was wrong because I paid for everything at my original appointment. She argued with me. 3 times she insisted I owed 110 dollars. She then asked for my full name and birthdate. She had the wrong person. She didn't apologize, she gave me my contacts and then looked up finally, smiled for the first time and told me aggressively to have a nice day. I will never return to this office. It's a shame. The Docs are Really great but the front of the house needs work. The two ladies who were rude to me was a heavy set woman with Very long hair and the other was a small Hispanic woman.
