- Dennis RussellJan 22, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I’ve found the care here to be satisfactory, but it’s ridiculously difficult to contact them by phone. I saw a doctor early this morning and he told me prescriptions were to be sent to my pharmacy. I checked for them around noon and nothing at the pharmacy. I call Medspring, wait on hold for 15 mins, speak to a rep who takes information from me and puts me back on hold. I end up getting hung up on while on hold. No one calls me back. I call again and sit on hold for another 15 mins with no one ever taking my call. Finally drive back to the clinic and my prescriptions were never sent and my record shows nothing was prescribed, even though the doctor said he was prescribing. Terrible customer service!
