  I recently made a 2 hour trip to Houston to find renovation materials for our home that was flooded by Harvey. I came across this beautifully lit up gem of a store! I just knew I was going in to look around and that I couldn't actually afford anything. The store owner, Michael, immediately welcomed me and assured he could help me with all of my needs. He also made sure to tell me that although I was worried about the process of shipping to my home, it would be a flawless transaction. INDEED, from start to finish, Michael and Dennis went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Top notch service, showroom, communication, product, ALL exceeded my expectations. Also, I would like to thank you, Michael, for your personalized, autographed CD for my little pianist daughter. She thought it was beautiful and truly appreciated your talent. LBX Lighting, you rock!!!

  LBX Lighting has been absolutely AMAZING to work with! They deserve more than five stars for sure! From the first time I walked in the store, months before actually purchasing anything, to the last follow up call I received from Mike, the customer service as been incredible. We renovated a house and needed new light fixtures in every single room. Not only did Mike help us with our lighting design needs, he price matched every fixture we purchased. And he did not charge us for the several days it took for installation. We purchased a massive chandelier for our entryway and he really put us at ease with his knowledge of the crystals and lights we needed for our home. His guys that did the install were so kind, professional, quick and did not make a mess! They even hung a very old chandelier I did not purchase through them! LBX Lighting treated my husband and I like gold star customers and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any lighting! Through our renovation process, they have been the most wonderful company to work with. Thank you Mike for everything you have done for us! We will be back for more!
