  This review is only for Clicklist & the response from management.
  I have used Clicklist many times when I lived in the Cinco Ranch area & had excellent service. I've since moved & need to find my new store.
  I placed an order to be picked up on 4-8 at 10am. We were celebrating my dad's birthday & we always make tacos. I ordered tortillas, avocados, tomatoes, beans, & extra lean ground beef, & several other items. You could definitely see that I was cooking. I got no notifications of changes or substitutions. I pulled into the parking lot & promptly texted my arrival. The associate decided to let me know that they had substituted the extra lean ground beef with ground chuck. I asked why hasn't I been notified & she didn't know. Great! Now I have to go by HEB on a busy Sunday morning to get the meat I needed.
  Upon arriving home I find that the avocados are hard as rocks, the tomatoes are rotten, & the can of beans has a big dent! Seriously? Who does the shopping? The person who should do the shopping should be an adult who cooks. That way you'd likely receive items fit for eating.
  I filled out the survey & surprise....I was never contacted. Four days later (4-11) I finally called corporate to express my frustration and to ask to be contacted by management by phone.
  I finally heard from management offering to waive the Clicklist fee on my next order. Wow! Their mistakes ended up costing me around $15 & they're sadly offering me $4.95!
  I guess Kroger would rather give my business to another grocer. This store manager is one of the reasons that Kroger stock is down.
