  2015 Jetta SE 2.5L **THIS IS OLD FASHIONED AMERICAN SERVICE DONE RIGHT!**
  Had an issue with a bad leak due to a faulty oil filter o-ring on the filter basket after leaving. Unbelievably, upon coming back about half an hour later not only did they rush my car back on the lift to check it out, they redid the oil change with a different filter! They did their absolute best to clean up the bottom of my car too.. Not an easy feat with only rags and a spray can in the shop. They suggested coming back a 3rd time several miles later in the day just to double check. Even better, they asked me to come back a 4th time the next day (after sitting overnight and after a few heat cycles) for a triple check! I'm extremely impressed with the service, speed, friendliness, and PROFESSIONALISM! Where most shops wouldn't care about a bad part, these dudes were all over it; whatever it took to resolve the problem. THAT'S service done the old school way! 5 stars guys - yall deserve a 6-pack!

  This place is awesome! I was highly impressed with service, friendliness and knowledge. John and David were very straight to the point and didn't TRY to find something else wrong. I was recommended to Jo-Co by one of their customers and they have found a loyal customer in me.
