  Beware, this dealer may not honor his commitment to work with you after promising that "we have a deal". I made a deal to purchase and have delivered Stock #10003 2013 Cadillac Escalade Platinum from this dealer last week....I have heard everything imaginable as far as excuses for why he could not make the deal happen. It's been, "I have a lady interested in it, so let me get back to you." I have it at the auction, I will pick it up in Houston, and have it ready to deliver today" and now have to take my kids to school tomorrow so I can deliver on Friday. Bottom line, I have no Escalade!
  
  My wife and son were excited to get the car today. I had rearranged my schedule for delivery by noon, and now the dealer calls me to say he does not want to do the deal? (Cash Deal by the way)
  
  I do not recommend the dealer at all. It's a shame too, because he sounds like a nice guy, buy has been "working me" waiting for a better offer to coma along for a week now!
  
  Enough is enough..... This is what gives Car Dealers a Bad Name!
