    This is the only home health agency I know of that takes the time to call each patient personally each week to ask if everything is okay/do you have any issues I can help you with. Icon truly cares about the patients and regularly receives an "Excellent" rating on the patient satisfactory surveys the patients can fill out every two months if they choose.
