  If I could do it all again I would've never gone here, even if it were free.
  
  I am not happy with my results. Near the end of my treatment I kept pointing out things I wasn't happy with and the assistant (rarely saw the dentist) would brush it off and say "that's how it's supposed to be". Like okay, I didn't realize one of your front teeth is supposed to go out more than the other or that your bottom teeth aren’t supposed to align evenly. Honestly, my teeth look worse than everyone I know who has had Invisalign / braces and this is extremely upsetting. These are not the results I was told I'd have when they sat down and talked with me at the start of my treatment and told me I was a "great candidate for Invisalign". I understand results are not guaranteed, but don’t lie to me and tell me “oh that will get fixed later on or the retainers will fix that for you”. Just be upfront with your patients, because I’ve had my retainers for 5 months and they haven’t fixed anything. My teeth still look the same. Turns out retainers just hold teeth in place. I wouldn’t recommend going somewhere where the staff doesn’t even know how retainers work.
  
  Also, the staff appears friendly at first, but they’re really not. Once you’ve gone enough times you’ll realize how mean they are, namely Sandra and Arianna.
