    The person who attended me didn't introduce her self, after received the first part of the quote went to the back part and I waited for 10 minutes, later on came back to the front desk, made a phone call and went back again without excusing her self or asking if I can wait some more.
    If that's the service I receive being interested to make business I don't want to know how they operate if I need to make a claim.
