    2 things: *when I purchased the sneakers the lady who helped me told that that product doesn't have middle sizes, (11 or 12) so, I bought the sz. 11...(the worker in the store, does not know the products, and does not help correctly to the customer)
    Later I check online and they have in 11.5... finally I decide to buy online the size I need and make the return for the Sz. 11
    *When I went to another store to make the return (I only can when the store just open because my job) the worker told me they can't make a return because they need to sell something before,. I think it's not my problem or not if they don't sell, I want my refund.. and they suggested me to go to another store that is a little far... so, what they going to do with me?
