  Originally confirmed the appointment, about a week in advance, for 4PM on 11/20/2017. They called the day of and asked if I could do earlier. I said no, since i am already leaving work early to make this appointment as it is. He said they were really busy apparently (not sure why it matters if i was able to meet them earlier then?), asked where exactly i was located again, and eventually I was told it was fine, and they would see me at 4. I leave work to meet them at 4, and they no call no show. I called, left a voicemail, no return phone call. Obviously they didn't want my business. They simply didn't want to drive to my place at 4PM, since it was near downtown, and they didn't even have the courtesy to just cancel the appointment, but decided to waste my time instead. Very unprofessional, and would not recommend to anyone.
