  Well my loan was sold to Flagstar bank and they will not defer my house note for 3 months! and I'm really disgusted with this company! They are so unprofessional no regards for people who need to defer their payments, they denied me to defer my payments to the end of the loan for hurricane Harvey disaster, and said I don't qualify when I've been a good paying customer with cornerstone lending and pay my bills on time with good credit! All other mortgage companies are doing this and they are the only ones that I actually screwed us!

  Horrible customer service, very polite on the phone as they tell you that you are out of luck when you need help. I am in an area that has been declared a major disaster and I asked for a payment to be differed to the end of my payments and I was denied!! Others with their mortgage companies did not have this problem!
