  My wife took our 3 year old daughter to this location in December of 2017 with a piece of candy stuck in her nose that we were unable to remove ourselves at home. She paid our co-pay and they were taken to a room. The doctor took a quick look and went to get a tool to extract the candy. My daughter then managed to blow the piece of candy out without any medical intervention. For some reason, between my insurance company and I, the charges are in the ballpark of $1500 between two claims that were submitted. On my explanation of benefits it shows as an ambiguous miscellaneous outpatient services/visit for both the hospital and the doctor. I just received the first bill of $577 and after researching the claim with my insurance provider, I found the second claim and it appears I should expect a second bill for $559. I have called both the local location and the billing company (both of which, of course, have no information and can't provide any information). Had First Choice rendered any meaningful service I would not complain. With the fact being that they literally played no part in removing the candy and didn't provide any other service, this is a less than ethical way to charge customers, insurers, and run a business.
