  I called in and the wait time was 15 minutes so I had EZ tag call me back. Of course you can imagine the worst phone call ever. I told Myrna the reason for my call and how I just paid online my account the night before and I received an email in the morning stating that they were trying to pull from a card that I do not use anymore and I had a balance. It was definitely incorrect. So when I receive my call Myrna is my representative and she couldn't understand my license plate number and got my story switched twice, not to mention she kept cutting me off the ENTIRE conversation. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and I simply asked her why is she rude to me and why is she cutting me off. She told me the call was recorded, obviously I knew that but if you do not like your job then look for another one, we all have horrible days but you do not go to work and represent a company you are the FACE of the company, now my thoughts on EZ Tag after calling multiple times and getting handled by Myrna are horrible. Moreover, I told her again why are you being rude and I would like to speak to your supervisor this is unnecessary behavior and she had me on hold for a few minutes to just come back and say sorry there are no supervisors on duty. All I was doing was inquiring about my account and telling you my issue to see if my account is ok thats why you have a job and we as customers of EZ Tag have a local number to call not to have a rude customer service representative. Check the people you hire EZ Tag!
