Come to look at the door a note was left by techician micheal saying sorry he missed us. Thing is he never knocked or rung the doorbell. Now the company can't come in till Monday and my mother has insulin needed to be refrigerated. Just simply rude and distasteful. Don't go through this company unless you enjoy bad service.
