  I tried to make an appointment for my husband. I had to repeat myself multiple times while trying to schedule an appointment with a woman I could barely understand. I explained that all I wanted to know was when the next available appointment was before going through the whole registration process because my husband is very sick and just got home from a 10-day hospital stay. I didn't want to spend an hour repeating information to her multiple times if there wasn't an appointment available in the next few days. She said that wasn't possible; she had to have all my information first. I tried, but after repeating the word "failure" four times, and she still didn't get it I said Thank You and never mind.

  Dr Thomas, took his time explained alot about my illness. He is a good MD to have on your team...Ive had nothing but good experiences each time I've had appointments, it does take awhile to get in to see him (very busy practice)
