- Amy CondictNov 18, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Great doctor but the worst staff ever. First visit after breaking my ankle I was right next to the doctor when he told a staff member to put in a Rx for me. It was never put in and took me 2 days to get a hold of someone in the office. Left massages even went on the Patient Portal and emailed them with no response for 2 days. After finally getting ahold of someone was told the prescription was never entered on my chart and they would have to contact the doctor to verify. For weeks later with supposed to have an X-ray done was told the orders were sent over to the hospital went to hospital orders never sent. Tried calling the doctor's office for 45 minutes with no one answering had to leave hospital drive across town to go to the doctor office do get my orders and then drive back to the hospital.
