    Had an appointment for between 830 and 930 am. They did not show up until 230 pm. I had specified that I was having a washer and dryer removed, both in a phone call and text message. They immediately informed me that they did not have any tools to disconnect the washer and would have to charge me extra. They also told me that they did not have a moving dolly. Who shows up to move a washer and dryer without a moving dolly? I would not recommend this company, which, when it bothers to show up, shows up without the tools to do the job and then tries to charge you extra because they are unprepared.
